9a999 VIP — Three Benefit Tiers for Regular Players
9a999's VIP program is built for players who play regularly. From Bronze to Gold — each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits. The more active you are, the greater your chance of moving to a higher tier.
Three tiers, three levels of benefits
9a999 VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate, and the benefits increase as you move up.
The first step in the VIP journey. By playing regularly, you earn up to 0.5% cashback per week on your net loss.
Weekly cashback Priority supportReaching the mid-tier doubles your cashback rate. This tier is quite rewarding for active players.
Higher cashback rate Special offers Faster serviceReaching the top tier means the highest cashback. Gold members are considered 9a999's most dedicated players.

How weekly cashback works
Each week, a player's net loss is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses. Cashback is then added directly to the account at the applicable rate on that net loss. There is no separate application needed — the calculation happens automatically at the end of each week.
Say in a given week you play slot games and your net loss — the difference between total winnings and total losses — comes to ৳20,000. At the Silver tier, your cashback would be ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.
This is the maximum cashback amount — meaning at the Silver tier, the most you can receive in cashback that week is ৳200.
Understanding cashback with an example
At the Bronze tier, the same net loss gives ৳100 cashback (0.5%), and at Gold it gives ৳300 (1.5%).
How to move up the tiers
At 9a999, VIP tier changes are based on a player's overall activity — there are no specific deposit or turnover requirements. The more active you are, the sooner you get the chance to move to the next tier.

Cashback benefits and responsible play
VIP cashback is an added benefit — it should never be a reason to play more. Playing beyond your limits in the hope of earning cashback only increases your total loss, not your gain.
Setting limits, taking breaks, and keeping a recreational mindset are signs of healthy long-term play. Read the responsible gaming guide to set the right limits for yourself.
Keep in mind: Cashback only returns a small portion of net losses that have already occurred. It is not a guaranteed income, and playing more to earn it is not a wise approach. All casino and betting activities on 9a999 are for players aged 21+ only.
